How do we come to terms with life as it’s currently presenting itself, when we’ve reached our last point of life’s disappointments we never could have anticipated?
I would like you to join me, and give yourself the chance to at least explore, an idea of how life could be, if you’d be able to turn fears and doubts into faith and optimism. If you could trust again, regain the vitality, determination and energy you once had. If you could find the courage and self belief to move the kind of mountains your 20 year old blissfully ignorant self would move. If you could allow yourself to become curious instead of judgemental about how to rebuild your confidence, and find compassion for yourself for the lack of it.
This work is very close to my heart, because I’ve spent years wondering and unpacking my own shadows of not enough ness, tried and tested tools that has turned my life around in more than magical ways.
It’s my way of honouring life, challenging myself to be of service and support, as you face your own challenges. Once again, you will be met with your own old stories keeping you stuck in the past, and imprisoned by old versions of yourself.
It is through our most difficult times, we have the opportunity to discover our strengths, who’s got our back and deepest courage, to turn our perceptions and old identities into new stories of blessings.
